Are you looking to hire a person for a specific job role? Or are you looking to hire someone that can perform in a job position?
Hiring a perfect candidate can be tough. Many businesses would hire an external screening agency to select the potential candidate, especially for senior executive positions. Whether for a senior position or not, the normal requirements include some sort of education, length of experiences, previous job performance, and skills. However, these are basic requirements, but are not totally conclusive of the perfect match. To extend on these requirements, why not use Zi Wei Dou Shu as an added requirement to select the ‘right’ perfect matched candidate. This allows you to know if the potential candidate’s is on a positive luck cycle to earn more money for the organization, the personality and character of the candidate (the ‘soft’ skills requirements), and if the candidate is satisfied as an employee in that job role. The ‘fit’ is essential for longer term compatibility.
In Si Hua Flying Star Zi Wei Dou Shu, it can be determined if the ‘fit’ for a position is rewarding in the longer term. In doing so, the date and time of birth of the individual are required to craft their life destiny chart. This will allow us to determine if the potential candidate is suitable to be an administrator, a CEO, a sales position, or the like. Gender is not a criteria, and gender should not be a requirement in fair hiring practices. It is also fair to suggest that the several potential candidates you have selected may be a perfect fit for other roles within your organization. Therefore, it is a ‘win-win’ analysis for both the employer and the prospective employee.
In Flying Star Zi Wei Dou Shu, analyzing the palaces and the stars residing in the Self/Life Palace, Career, Wealth, and Mental Palaces provide further clarification, and can offer indication of a person’s fit for a particular career that leads to success. Therefore, if the potential candidate is to achieve success, so would the employer. Selecting and employing the perfect candidate is not a secret, and should comply with fair hiring practices.

Decoding Career/Job in Zi Wei Dou Shu
Are you not happy at your job? Are you looking for a new career?
Clients would ask questions if their job is stable, or if they can make more money in their daily job role. Some may ask if they are suitable to start a new business, or to invest in certain investments. All of these questions can be answered in their ZWDS destiny chart. To analyze these questions, we need to explore the Ten-Years Chart of the person in question. Luck, believe it or not, plays a role in a person’s destiny. However, many people do not know when luck is on their side (rising), or luck is going downhill at specific years of their life. It is best to grasp the opportunity when luck is on the rise, or to stay ‘under the radar’ when luck is low. Furthermore, if luck is not on your side, it is better to comply, stay focus, and be tactfully and happily content. Do not rock the ‘boat.’ Others may tell you to change your character, change your perception, or don’t complain about unfairness. The truth is, if an individual’s luck is low, there are some possible remedies to ‘fix’ the issue.
In Si-Hua Flying Star ZWDS, when the Ten-Years (Decade) Chart indicate an internal palace clashing into an internal palaces, then the ‘red-flag’ is almost certain. The instability of Career is highlighted. It does mean that in those Ten-Years, the Career of the individual is not smooth, and when we look closer (such as in the X-Ray), we can find the specific years, and the cause, that the affected palaces are most significant. Now that we are discussing on job and Career, lets look at when Decade Career clash Natal Career. When identical palaces clashing with each other, the signals are usually not positive. This includes career instability or a legal issue. However, to clash or not to clash defers from specific school’s of thought. These skills in deciphering the impact of signals are covered in the practitioner training program. There are several other ways to decode career instability as well.
The above example shows that the Ten-Years (33-42) Decade Career clash Natal Career. This is just one signal that the Career of this person is not stable, and furthermore, the Decade Wealth is not auspicious as well. There are several means of analysis as well in success or failure as revealed in your destiny chart.

A rarely discuss, nor a hardly ever analyze topic of elements in Zi Wei Dou Shu (ZWDS).
In a Flying Star ZWDS chart, there are twelve palaces, ten heavenly stems, plus 18 stars residing in a particular palace.
The auspiciousness of any palace with a similar element of Earthly Branch, Heavenly Stem, and a similar element of Star produce positive results to the palace. These trio-configuration suggest good relations of the palace to the individual.
For example, if the Wealth Palace is in the Earthly Branch of the Monkey, or Rooster, and the Heavenly Stem is Geng or Xin, and the Star is Wu Qu or Qi Sha, the combination of all these similar metal elements residing together is highly auspicious to the individual. If found in any of the six relationships palaces, the individual would have positive relationship to that palace.
The configuration follows:
|Jia / Yi||Tiger / Rabbit||Tian Ji, Tan Lang, Hua Ke|
|Bing / Ding||Snake / Horse||Tai Yang, Lian Zhen, Hua Quan|
|Wu / Ji||Ox / Dragon / Ram / Dog||Zi Wei, Tian Fu, Tian Liang|
|Geng / Xin||Monkey / Rooster||Wu Qu, Qi Sha, Wen Chang, Hua Lu|
|Ren / Gui||Rat / Boar||Tian Tong, Tai Yin, Tian Xiang, Ju Men, Po Jun, Wen Qu, Hua Ji|
****** Similarly productive elements are beneficial as well.
Wood Element produces Fire
Fire Element produces Earth
Earth Element produces Metal
Metal Element produces Water
Water Element produces Wood
****** But, destructive cycle elements causes negative effect.
This is not necessary conclusive but given at ‘face-value’ of the positive results. The advance technique through analyzing the flying effects from the respective Heavenly Stem produces further clarification of the auspiciousness (such as how the Four Catalysts transformed). That is the awesomeness of the Flying Star Zi Wei Dou Shu (Flying Purple Star Astrology).
This is a common question, and the accuracy is profound.
When someone ask if they should start a business, the approach is to analyze the Decade Wealth Palace, and not the Decade Career Palace.
The Decade Wealth Palace indicates the potential to create money, and wealth from all the resources there is available. In order to justify a positive outcome, the Decade Wealth should Hua Lu to any palaces, and Hua Ji to the internal (own) palaces. This means that the Hua Ji to the internal palaces is the gain at the end. The Hua Lu is the cause (the beginning), and how the money is to be derived. Yes, in Zi Wei Dou Shu, it can be very specific to the industry ,and the timing to implement for positive outcomes.
On the other hand, the Decade Career Palace indicates a good source of earn income from the specific industry, and role (working for someone else), or a stressful ‘dead-end’ job if the signals are bad in that Ten-Years.
* Most of the problems in your life is due to two reasons: you act without thinking, or think without acting;
* You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream;
* Comparing yourself to others is one of the root causes for feelings of unhappiness, and depression.
